#Femina Miss India" is a prestigious pageant, as l always mention. My last post shows the overview of the entire procedure of  the Maharashtra auditions. And before to it describes the changes in the new format of fbb Colors Femina Miss India #WeAreChanging. It was again a wonderful opportunity to be part as a #fbbblogstar in the #fbbGuestlist at the 54th edition of India's coveted beauty pageant. fbb Colors Femina Miss India 2017 West Zonal Crowing took place at The Hyatt Regency, Pune on 23rd May 2017. I really missed the opportunity as I was unwell. Still I will try to visualise the entire event. #westzonalcrowing

West Zone consist of 4 states Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Goa. Total 12 beauties, 3 of each state were eligible for the crowing ceremony round. The 10 winners of the sub contest are (which was conducted a day prior to final event):

Mentor Waluscha De Dsouza of the west zone, Adinath Kothare, Srinidhi Shetty, Vijendra Singh and  Swapnil Shinde were the judges for the day. Gauhar Khan and Salman had burnt the stage with their performances. Sachin Kumbhar and Gaelyn Mendonca did a great job of hosting the entire event. 

There were 3 rounds

First Ramp walk Round: Called Modern India Round, as the contestants walked in the Indo-Western designer attire from the collection called "Luminaire" by desingers Alpa and Reena.

Second Cocktail Round: Called Fbb Round, as the contestants walk in the party wear with edgy black and fresh floral from the Rehan Shah's Collection. 

Third Question & Answer Round: Called Evening Gown Round as the contestants walked in lovely gowns designed by the designer Nivedita Saboo. The winners were crowed in these wonderful princess looked gowns.

These lucky 4 beauties of each state gets the chance to represent her state at the grand finale in Mumbai. The finalists will go through a holistic and rigourous training programme with best in the industry. Apart from the fame and glory, the winner stands a chance to take home prizes in cash, running over crore and above.

Godrej Nature's Basket - Little Chef Workshop

Godrej Nature’s Basket presented healthy and fun kids workshop with Indore- born food blogger, Ms. Amrita Kaur who is also a social media celebrity.

Little chefs workshop was scheduled at three different stores in Mumbai. 

I selected the Rcity store which is just lovely and the staff is very cooperative. My son Hetarth, Daughter Rajvi and two guest Diya and Denil enjoyed the entire workshop and loved Amrita's play way of demonstration. Her interaction with kids was just superb. Very sweet spoken and the receipes were very easy, healthy, quick and yummy. Kids loved all the three.

Amrita Kaur rustled up and demonstrated healthy, quick and tasty recipes like,

1. Rainbow noodles Salad with peanut butter dressing
2. Rainbow Nice Cream topped with nutty sprinkles and delicious

Ski India, the country’s biggest indoor snow park

Want a break from Delhi's heat, Ski India is the perfect solution.

Delhi, the national capital continues its unbearable streak of scorching heat with daily
temperatures that go well over 40 degrees. At a time when the residents of the city struggle to
keep their cool amidst the sweat, dust and frequent power cuts; The only way to beat the heat in these summer months is to be mindful and stay cool. To beat the heat capital can now
witness snowfall at Noida located Ski India.

A 100,000 sq ft property comprising 2 floors, Ski India tries to replicate the environs of a skiing
resort within the NCR at a temperature of -10'C to -15'C by offering activities like skiing, tubing,
tobogganing and bob sledging. There's also a skating ring in the arena, where you can fall at
your heart's will, until you get a hang of ice skating. To make you feel like you are at Gulmarg, there's also a special area that boasts of snowfall.

As soon as you enter into the snow park, you will be greeted by a blast of icy cold air and for a
minute, you’ll find it hard to believe one is still in the Capital. The -15 degree temperature offers
a much-needed relief from the extreme heat outside. The 100-feet ski slope offers just the right amount of fun for beginners, although it does little to actually let you ski. The temperature inside gives you a fleeting joy of being at a hill-station and is a perfect spot for family outings.

From a kid to an old age, everyone can come and enjoy at this place with their near and dear ones. Dubbed as the snow-themed ski park in the country, Ski India is a good place for a family
trip or for some solo ski adventure. Time management is key here, so make the most of the 1.5 hours that you get to spend, as there are long queues at every attraction.

One can visit and enjoy the snowfall at SkiIndia from Monday to Sunday, from 11 am to 10 pm,
with each session of 1 hour 45 minutes, priced at Rs 1000. There are six sessions on offer and
entry in the middle of an ongoing session is prohibited. So, it's best to plan accordingly. You can even pre-book your tickets by visiting the website, three hours prior to a session.

The journey continues as the #fbbblogstar and due the efforts and innovative inputs, I was one of 7 champs of first quarter.

fbb honoured me with the title "Miss Professional, Hurdles don't stop her."

As token of appreciation fbb gave the IPL tickets of our city.

I had received the #ipl2017 tickets of Qualifier 1 match. Mumbai Indians verses Rising Pune Supergiants at Wankhede Stadium on 16th May 2017. #ipl #rcb #shame, Garware stand. I was excited for my first ever ipl match and got myself ready in lovely Fbb Spunk brand Rose coloured T-Shirt with the same denim and sport shoes. The apparel gave me the perfect feel of the IPL.

I matched the same pair of apparels with my loving husband. We both looked perfect couple "made for each other". The denim complimented the T- Shirt perfectly. The price of the T-shirts is 499/- each. Loved the matching look.

Moonlight basically transpires from the cosmos, which is a like a distant, beautiful space for her as the charm of moon standsalmost unparalleled from ages. Through this collection, Kalra has made an effort to not only bring about the wondrous peaceful serenity and tranquillity of the universe but has also consciously tried her best to revive the monochrome trend in a novel avatar, like never before as she clearly believes in giving the style its due.

Hunt for the beauties with brains to represent Maharashtra

"Femina Miss India" is a prestigious pageant. My last post describes the changes in the new format of fbb Colors Femina Miss India #WeAreChanging. Auditions have been started all over India according to the 4 zone. It was an honour to be the part of the #MissIndia2017 Maharashtra audition as a #fbbblogstar in the #fbbGuestlist at the 54th edition of India's coveted beauty pageant. fbb Femina Miss India 2017 Mumbai auditions took place at the fbb store, Infinity Malad on 13th May 2017. Neha Vazarkar and I had a gala time. 

Lovely set up for the ramp at the fbb store. Participants were pouring for registration. The Panelists: Ex. Mr. India Rohit Khandelwal, Ms. Natasha Grover, Head Miss India organisation, Ms. Sushrii Shreya Mishra, (3rd runner-up) Miss India 2015, and Mr. Madan Mohapotra, Fbb Head (from left to right) had a tough time for selection.

After the registration each participant had a height check then they ramp walked for the first round: Selection round. The selected participants then ramp walked with their cocktail dresses for the second round: Cocktail Elimination Round, where each participant had to answer the questions from the panel to prove their brains. Lastly the top three beauties to represent Maharashtra were selected and announced.

The three lucky beauties of Maharashtra state is now eligible of the golden ticket to the West zonal crowning ceremony round, which will be held in Pune on 23rd May, 2017. And the state winner will get the chance to represent her state at the grand finale in Mumbai.

Story of Twining Up with my MOM - fbb

Happy Mother's Day to the strongest women of my life.

Love you Mumma!!!! This only and only for you.

"Like Mother Like Daughter!!!" I AM PROUD of this pharse which says that Daughter resembles her Mother. I, as a daughter tend to do what my mother did before me. I tried to absorb each an every quality of my mother. And by the grace of God, I am the perfect replica of my mother where looks are concerned. A female can understand the real emotions and sensitivity of a mother towards her child when she herself attains motherhood​. I felt the same attraction when I had hold my daughter for the first time.

I am thankful​ to my dearest mom to give me life, to nurture me and make me a person which I am today. By thanking her or saying three magical words "I Love You, mom" will not be enough for her love and hardship she gave me.

My mom was and is the Beautiful female of the entire universe. I have always tried to be as simple as she is. Her Signature style is simple but still very very beautiful.

Twining - Up with my mom with Indian Guju Traditional Look: I have always tried to copy my mom in dressing up as she loves to be simple. But still she looks gorgeous. I have tried to be like her with our traditional saree called kutchi bandhni saree. This traditional saree is worn during marriages. This saree look shows that I am replica of my mom with the simple but gorgeous look.

I love this look very much on my mom. She looks complete in this attire with full of emotions, attachment and attractive. And my mom feels the same. She feels that I look the best in this attire. We both admire each other in this lovely lady look. Again this quality also makes us replica.

The story of Twining up with mom continues as tripling up....... in my life as my daughter also follows the same path.......
