I would to share my experience about my visit to the Bisleri Plant. My aim to visit the industry was to confirm my trust on my childhood partner Bisleri and also to show their transparency to my mom followers as a concerned mom. This visit was a better understanding of the whole concept of manufacturing a bottle of pure drinking water 💦

Bisleri is just not an ordinary bottle of water 💦 instead, it is the purest, safest and healthiest drinking water 💦  Did you'll know that the bisleri water 💦  which reaches us has to pass under 10 stages of purification and 114 quality tests.


10 stages of Purification:

1. Collection: Water from different sources is collected with quality test and then considered for further purification.

2. Ozonisation: Bisleri has established a unique, highly reliable Double Ozonisation Process which kills the harmful bacteria.

3. Sand Filter: Removes unwanted solid particles.

4. Carbon Filter: Removed colour, odour and harmful particles.

5. Reverse Osmosis: RO purification which removes soluble solid and salt but it also eliminates minerals which are good for health.

6. Mineralisation: Vital minerals such as Potassium and Magnesium is added to make the water 💦 healthier and sweet in taste.

7. Micron Filter: Removes the unwanted smallest micron particles.

8. Re-Ozonisation: Increases the oxygen level to improve energy and immune.

9. Careful Bottling: Grade 1 PET Bottles are blown and stretched on the site at 100°C which kills the harmful bacteria. And water 💦 is filled and packed with modernised equipment.

10. Final Quality Control: Every bottle has code printed stating the batch number, date, time and manufacturing location.

This process proves that Bisleri provides safe and pure water 💦 compared to boiled water 💦 as it need to be heated at 100˚ C for 20 min for effectively killing the bacteria and virus present in source water💦 Bisleri having strong legacy of 50 years with commitment towards quality excellence while local brand do not provide such trust.  Bisleri has 135 plants all over the world.
