Pocket notes for #newnormal2020

In our daily routine year 2020 has introduced new concept of Covid 19 and as we all know and can define Corona Virus as a strand of RNA or DNA which cannot survive on its own till the time it gets fixed in a live cell of a human or an animal body. The surface of coronavirus is made up of lipid and hence it’s easier for the virus to fit into mucous lining membranes like nose, ears, mouth eyes etc. 



Hence we have to note certain preventions and precautions in our dairies to safe ourselves. We need to make some important changes in your lifestyle with best preventions options: 

▶️ Maintain social distancing.

▶️ Avoid crowded places like markets, trains, buses, malls, theatre, hotels etc.

▶️ Cover the common mucous membranes like nose, mouth, eyes and ears with masks.

▶️ Avoid touching the nose, mouth, eyes and ears, urethra or anus with unwashed hands 

▶️ Wash your hands as frequently as possible with soap or alcohol based sanitizer.   

▶️ Wash your clothes in bleach-based detergent in hot water.

▶️ Avoid social visits to patients in hospitals or at home.

 ▶️ Family member those above age of 60 years, diabetic patients, asthma patients, cancer patients, dialysis patients, pregnant women needs special care.

▶️ Yoga & Meditation is not just limited to stress relief and mental wellness. If practised properly, it can recharge your body, get rid of the toxins, negative energy and keep your organs functioning well.

▶️  Steam inhalation opens airways and help lungs drain mucus improving breathing

▶️ Multi Vitamin can improve the immunity. Vitamin C is an Immuno booster.

We can hope for the vaccine or permanent immunity arriving anytime soon. Till then, we need to learn to live with the virus and normalize our physical and mental health.
