Mumbai, 05 December, 2017: Godrej Aerospace, a unit of #Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., today handed over the 100th set of airframe assemblies to #BrahMos Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. ( BAPL) for use in its missile systems, continuing the company’s proud tradition of contributing toward building India’s defense capabilities. #SecuringTheNation

Dr. Sudhir Mishra, Distinguished Scientist & Director General (BrahMos), CEO & MD BrahMos Aerospace visited Godrej Aerospace to celebrate this landmark achievement and was handed the completion documents of the 100th BrahMos Airframe by Mr. Jamshyd N. Godrej, Chairman and Managing Director, Godrej & Boyce in a ceremony marking the occasion.

On this occasion Mr. Mishra also congratulated Godrej Aerospace for winning the order for 100 units of airframes for Air Launched version of BrahMos missile and start of its production.

Godrej & Boyce Chairman and Managing Director Jamshyd N. Godrej said, “Godrej and BrahMos have been partners for 17 momentous years. Over that time, we have taken great pride in doing our bit for nation-building through our contribution to bolstering India’s defense capabilities. Therefore, it gives me great pleasure to hand over the completion document for the 100th set of airframe assemblies to Dr. Mishra. This is a proud moment for Godrej, Brahmos and India, and an assertion of our commitment to serve our country through technologically driven solutions and indigenous manufacturing.”

The BrahMos missile is a stealth universal supersonic cruise missile that can be launched from ships, submarines, aircraft and land based platforms. It can be used for precision strike to destroy targets on land and sea.

About the BrahMos missile:

The BrahMos missile is a supersonic cruise missile with a flight range of upto 290 km. It carries a conventional warhead weighing 200 – 300 kilos. It can cruise at an altitude as high as 15 km and as low as 10 m above the ground and maintains supersonic speed (more than 1 km per second) throughout the

duration of its flight. Once the BrahMos missile is fired, it doesn’t need any further guidance from a control center. This makes it a ‘Fire and Forget’ missile.

The BrahMos missile is highly versatile and can be launched from positions on land, in air or water to

seek and destroy targets on land and on water. It’s sheer speed makes it a highly lethal weapon. Its pinpoint accuracy helps minimise collateral damage.

The first successful launch of a BrahMos missile took place on June 12th, 2001 from a land based

launcher at the interim test range off the Chandipur coast of Orissa.

I always love healthy and straight long hair. When I was in my teen's I had beautiful hair. Then due to my two pregnancies, I had lots of hair problems. My hair became dull and fizzy. Red Carpet Wax Museum.

Are u searching for things to do in Mumbai on weekends?

Answer to this question is to walk and share the red carpet with celebrities. The array of wax statues displayed at the #RedCarpetWaxMuseum which is one of its kind here in India or be it Mumbai. Be it politicians, socialites, celebrities, sportsmen, scientists, etc. The wax statue gives real life-like feel. Pose with the stars.

My family and me visited the Red Carpet Museum at Rcity-Ghatkopar on Sunday. The blinking flashes of the cameras on the wall greeted us with bouncing Lights. This lights made us feel like a celebrities.

My son's favorite Mr. Bean was the most attractive statue which was placed outside to attract kids. Such a realistic eyes he has which pulls everyone.

As we moved ahead we saw a security guard was sleeping on a chair. We wondered why so but when my son propelled the guard we realised that it was wax statue and not real  a person. 

Similarly when we were exploring the tallest man, the women with longest tongue and the mam with longest neck. We thought a man like us is clicking pics as we were but we were shocked to know that is was a wax statue.

My kids enjoyed clicking pics with Gandhiji, Albert Einstein, Harry Potter, Michael Jackson ects use lovely props.

My husband and me too posed with many celebrities statues.

This time my search for the Diwali outfit ended in #fbb store. Hence this #diwali will be #fbbWaliDiwali.

My Diwali festiv outfit is full of Diwali colours bright and shining. I don't like loud colours and I always fall in love with the blacks. Black colour attracts me towards it. But in festivals I avoid black as my in-laws don't prefer it. So I fell for the Rani and orange combination. This chaniya and choli set has lovely Rani brocade choli with bead border lace and a golden Dori gives a perfect traditional look. The orange  chiffon chaniya with huge sequence work at the bottom again gives a heavy traditional look. And addition to this orange chiffon Duppata with golden border enhances the entire attire.
